Everything lives in your dashboard. Each order moves through the same states, and the buyer sees the same progress you do.
- Awaiting transfer — placed, not yet paid.
- Proof uploaded — the buyer says they've paid. Check your account.
- Paid — you've confirmed the money arrived. Stock comes off here.
- Out for delivery, then Delivered — done.
Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after a while so stock isn't held hostage by an order nobody intends to pay for.
