Every shop and listing page has a report link, and reviews can be flagged from where they appear. Reports go to a moderation queue an admin works through.
For anything urgent — someone impersonating a shop, a listing for something that can't legally be sold, a buyer being pressured to pay off-platform — contact us directly and say what's happened. Include links and the order reference if there is one.
